Livestream classes: Start your day full of energy! We’ll be by your side.
- Monday 6 AM (US EST): Tabata Lower Body (40min)
- Wednesday 6 AM (US EST): Tabata Upper Body (40min)
- Friday 6 AM (US EST): Tabata Full Body (50min)
(Livestream classes, once finished, will go on-demand for the rest of the week, so you can repeat them as many times as you want).
