The Well-being Code training programs have been consciously designed to balance different exercises, with a variety of styles and intensity, in order to make them more effective, safe, beneficial for your health, and most importanly, to represent a personal moment of enjoyment, recharge of energy and integration of body, mind and emotions.
STRONG NATION ™
Strong Nation™ is a very complete training program, it combines elements of body weight, muscle conditioning, cardiovascular training and plyometric movements synchronized with music, in other words YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COUNT REP!!! This 45-minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class, is divided into 4 quadrants of 8-12 minutes long, with a recovery time before starting the next. The intensity of the class increases progressively to stimulate calorie burning during and after the class.
Zumba® is a dynamic, fun and effective fitness program that combines Latin and International music with easy dance moves to help improve cardio, build and tone muscle, and to maintain a healthy weight. In this 50 minute class the participant will maximize calorie burning using an aerobic approach, without really feeling that they are exercising.
Tabata is a timed interval method discovered by Dr. Izumi Tabata that alternates between 20-second intervals performed at maximum effort and 10-second of rest, repeated 8 times until you’ve completed the 4-minute workout. The effectiveness of this method is that it forces you to work at a greater intensity in a very short amount of time without having enough time to fully recover so, your body uses oxygen in a more efficient way, increasing your heart rate and metabolism, developing greater resistance and muscular strength. In this program we will adapt this method to a 40-50-minute workout, combining bodyweight and free weights exercises, resistance bands, core sliders, among others.
